So, thoughts? I mean, we can expect her to be nasty as hell to Dean and baby Sam because poor Dear how much he has suffered, but now that Sam has no powers, maybe she will ignore him a bit.
In any case, I don´t give her many odds of surviving the episode, given how SPN treats returning guest stars.

We've known Missouri was coming back since before the spinoff was announced (about two months). The new lead in the spinoff is her granddaughter.

Yeah, Misery is just something else to make me not look forward to season 13. LD's "acting" style is and will be hella predictable, because she plays the same character all the time, and there's no doubt Dabb will make sure she's as horrible to Dean as possible, 'cuz it's funny doncha know.
Since it sounds like Jensen may have filmed a little more in this episode than Jared, you may be right about Misery ignoring Sam for a change.
But since ultimately her appearance has more to do with the spin-off that Dabb & Co. are far more interested in and concerned about that the mothership anyway (i.e., introducing the granddaughter), I expect the episode to be more boring than anything else. As to whether Misery survives, I'd love to think she bites the big one, it would be the one positive for me personally, but I'm not counting on it.
