Read some disturbing tweets about the direction S13 is going to take. Sam and Dean are going to be parents to Jack. Still looking for a confirmed source though.

That sounds predictably awful.

Ah, so Dabb's "vision" for the show is "Flowers in the Winchester Attic" meets "My Two Dads".
The bros-only fans must be very happy, as they will love any slopped together hot mess as long as Dean and Sam are glued to each other's asses. I just see yet another fail in storytelling and time being wasted on it, whereas that time could be better spent on other stories that do have true potential, though It's not like I am shocked, just resigned to the fact that it is just more of the same and expected at this point.

More Lucifer on the show because that is just what we need. Rowena and Crowley might be back. Well Dabb, you might have missed Mark's tweets. Don't think he's coming back at all.
And hey Dabb found Michael, just not the Michael we want.

Despite S12 I was sure we at least get to 300 episodes. Lost all hope for over 300 eps. but reading this, S13 might be it for SPN.

Well, remember that most rumors pre-SDCC don't pan out.
Someone put on IMDb that Jensen would be playing Michael in season 13. Remember that IMDb is user-content-generated, though, and that people have posted fanfic in the cast lists for upcoming episodes before.
The show will go on as long as it goes on. A 14th season seems pretty assured and there's been no real hint that it will be a short one. But it could go on even longer. Pedowitz has flat-out said there's no stated end date.
Personally, I thought "Jack"'s storyline was horrible and misogynistic, and needed to never happen, let alone still be around. But then, our current showrunner is the same guy who thought Dean being tortured into becoming a torturer meant he was a "dick," so clearly, compassion and understanding for trauma is not something Dabb groks.

That sounds predictably awful. Well, given the finale we had, I have 0 hope for an interesting storyline in S13. At this point, I'm stuck hoping that budget will be too short to explore any kind of alternative reality since I fully expect Dabb to use it to whitewash any Sam's actions he can (imagine for exemple a reality where the world is doomed because Sam looked for Dean in Purgatory... Or one where the wolrd ended because Dean said yes to Michael, since only Sam can save the world...or... well you see what I mean) I have 0 interest in Jack, Lucifer, and without a serious shift in her writing, 0 interest in Mary either. I'm pretty done with Cas as he was written in S12, and an alternate written based on Dabb's wish list would be even worse, so... I highly doubt that Mark S would agree to come back in any shape and form so Crowley is out, we'll see about Rowena but since the problem is with the writing, even the best of actors can only do so much... So yeah... pretty much 0 hope. And that tidbit about parenting Jack seems like another Dean's thing given to Sam because I'll lay good bets on Sam being the parent and the one with the "bond" with Jack. So either a "parenting" like Dean had to do for Sam, or a ripoff of Dean and Amara bond from S11, expect that while for Dean it's was treated by Sam and Cas as something to be suspicious of, for Sam it would be treated as a good thing, with Sam"s "beautiful soul" (Sorry, I threw up in my mouth a little) guiding Jack to the path of rightousness (sorry, threw up a little more...) Sigh....

Apparently Mark S. confirmed yesterday, at whatever con they're doing this weekend (Chicago?), that he WON'T be guest-starring, and that it was a "clean break" with the show. So Dabb needs to stop lying through his ass given how easy it is for fans to hear right from the horse's mouth that Crowley won't be back. Of course, Dabb still could bring Crowley back, I guess, in the form of another actor, which I'm sure is what he'd do just for spite. And if he intends to bring in Michael, he won't be played by Jensen Ackles. Dabb would garner much in-your-face glee from giving that role to literally anyone else too, and he will. As for the bros being parents to Jack (YAWN), I'm sure Dabb means that in the exact same way he meant the bros will be "generals" last year - i.e., Sam and ONLY SAM will be Jack's "parent" as Dean stands mute in the background with his arms crossed leaning up against the wallpaper while Sam pontificates to Jack. Of course, in this case that's fine with me since this whole idea is hella stupid. And I'm sure Sam will be every bit as *cough*good*cough* a parent as he was a "general". So Jack should be dead within 5 minutes. Problem solved. If this was literally any other show, I'd swear they were trolling us with these truly horrible spoilers.

I am to afraid to read it. Some shows, like Grey's Anatomy and Once Upon, I watch out of habit. Not because the storylines are interesting anymore but more like backgroundnoise and once upon a time I really was a fan of these shows. I am afraid SPN will become this too for me. Usually I bingewatch SPN during hiatus, thus far I still haven't watched S11 since it came out on BR. Knowing where it would lead to, I just don't feel like it.

I am to afraid to read it. It's pretty much the same as what's already been posted, plus Mark P's interview. I'm just baffled how Dabb lives in his own little world and has no interest in giving fans - who've been the ones to keep the show and his career alive- what they want to see. Instead, we're back to MORE Lucifer (yawn), another OC for Dabb to fawn over (yawn), 3 popular characters apparently dead with at least one permanently (really???), and the brothers relegated to dad duty (REALLY???) It's just as bad as last season and that was pretty damn bad. I know the Comic Con spoilers are usually only through the first few episodes but the whole Jack & Lucifer thing sound like the main mytharc. Ugh.

That sounds like a disaster but I'm curious to see how they'll be super misogynostic and sexist with it. So there's that? They've generated a kind of interest from me.
Of course they named the kid Jack and I watched Tropic Thunder recently so I'll be picturing Simple Jack as the literal spawn of satan. Or Jack Sparrow, or Jack from Lost... I'll be entertained one way or another.

Castiel's not dead. Misha's in the official SDCC poster. So, yeah, Castiel will be back for more than the Scooby ep. That's as good as confirmed.
I don't put much faith in anything TV Guide writes about the show. Ileane Rudolph is an unabashed Sam stan and spins *everything*, no matter how Dean-oriented, to be All About Sam. She's done it for years.
As far as the Jack storyline is concerned, Sam can have it. I'd just as soon Dean not be chained to that rotten dead horse of a storyline.
