Well, *that* sucked. Not even Eileen showing up and Dean getting the Colt back could save it.

To quote Demon Dean:
Or in other words, this experience is sucking the life out of my life.
I seriously can't wait for season 12 to be over. What the hell is happening?
I really love seeing Eileen back and if the writing or the storyline didn't suck I think I would have loved Dagon as a big bad.
But come on, Mary getting down with Ketch?!!! Yeah she needs a good lay, but why with him. The whole Britsthing is really getting old. Kill them all and we can go on with the show. Same goes for Lucifer,
I just can't anymore. So glad I decided to ignore my alarm and got back to sleep.
Really thinking about not wanting to watch the finale live. Right now there is nothing that gets me excited to continue watching the show.

1/10 for me
Standard Nep-Duo crap writing. Though, this was one of their worst piles of hot garbage.
I hope that we have an uptick in the writing quality with Yockey's upcoming episode. I'm open to seeing what Bring delivers. And I now have even less hope for the Berens/Glynn ep since her last one, but maybe they'll be able to pull off a decent enough episode.

0/10 from me - each episode in this season is worse than the previous one. Even Jensen could not save this one. Crap, crap, crap, total crap.
I also don't have any hope for the rest of this season or this series unless someone in WB wakes up and fires Dabb & Singer. Both of them need a strong showrunner controlling things - these are a pair of blithering idiots who have been given a series to run when neither of them has a clue how to do it. They need someone who will tell them what to do. Dabb could be an OK writer with a good showrunner. Singer needs to retire and take his wife with him.
Any more of this and I'm going to be forced to stop watcing. If Jensen & Jared don't care about the quality of the show then why should I?
Let them act in this pile of garbage.

That was absolute, unacceptable, unadulterated garbage. And of course those idiots have a master key that can open any MoL bunker. That doesn't seem stupid at all. What could go wrong?
the hiatus or the writer's strike needs to be about resetting this mess. Dump the awful writers, dump the showrunners and skip over any remaining threads of this awful crap.

Like GonzoGirl said on Twitter, I would love to hear what Jensen (& Jared) honestly have to say about this season and I even would pay for it to hear the answers.
I hated the trollthreads with this show has to end but right now I agree. Dabb and Singer have to go and so do a couple of writers otherwise SPN isn't going to end strong but just fizzle out due to lack of viewers.

Well... Giving the trend if this season, we might have to add a new category, something like "Less than Zero, doesn't even warrant a rating..." Even for the ND, that was a new low. I'm can even gather the energy to comment in details on last night drivel, all I can say is that I think the showrunners should thank their lucky stars that Imdb closed... I'm not sure I'm gonna watch the rest of this season, I might just stick with the recaps to see what happens

I'd still watch it if you said it was good? I'm supportive like that.

Yes, I'm sure the showrunners are very happy not to see what fans are actually saying about their scripts in any kind of depth or debate. I've done the recap route this year, did it with this episode. Sad, but true. I will say I was surprised to hear that Mick was killed off, especially on the heels of last week's episode where it looked like he was being set up to possibly appear in a potential Claire spin-off. In fact, it really feels like there was a radical shift in plans between the two episodes. One week the BMoL look like one of Dabb's favorite playthings that he's gonna WUV forever and ever, the next week he's so over them that it's decided they will now be fully evil so they can be completely discarded in favor of something else shiny. Maybe Dabb is in need of some ADHD meds.

Ha. Gee, thanks, guys. Just gonna leave me to take all the hits and watch/recap all by myself, eh? Sorry.... In my defense, watching live is actually a bit of work for me : find a stream, do a manip to be able to use the stream, stay up until 2h00 to watch, go to bed at 3h00 and not be able to sleep cause the episode pissed me off (this season at any rate...) At least with the recap, I'm prepared... or I skip it all together. But my thoughts will be with you !

In and of itself, I didn't think this was the worst episode we've seen. But it did have the dubious honor of including all the problematic aspects of this season. That's quite a feat for one episode!
1.The nonsensical BMoL storyline. The Brits essentially invaded a foreign country with the impossible goal of eliminating every single monster in the US (what about Canada? Mexico? all the various other ports of entry to the US). When their bullying tactics failed, the plan is now to kill off ALL the American hunters and replace them with.....who? All those spare British hunters they just happen to have sitting around? Hundreds of American children they'd somehow covertly recruit to attend the Hunger Games Academy? And I don't understand how they differentiate between hunters and MoL. Ketch just seems like a killing machine so I'm assuming he's their version of hunter. But then why was Mick the one who killed the werewolf girl? And what about super fighter Lady Toni? Gah, this whole storyline makes my head hurt.
2. Luicfer *yawn*
3. Lucifer's baby mama drama *double yawn*
4. Mary. Now she's hooking up with psychopaths. I don't get her motivations, I don't get her character. Even if there's some huge reveal/explanation by season's end, for me, it's going to be too little, too late.
5. Supernatural, guest starring the Js. Even if the Js negotiated more time off, they should still be relevant when they 'are' on screen. Dean's especially been superfluous this season. Case in point - he could have very easily been written out of this episode entirely and it wouldn't have mattered. For gosh sakes, at least let the guy kill a monster once in a while!
6. Cas. Looks like he's still up in Heaven, shooting the breeze with Joshua or something. Who knows.
What I did like about the episode: Eileen's return and Dean's expression when he held the Colt again. Which is still more than I liked about Bloodlines (tried rewatching that one the other day. Never again.)
