So, what's your rating for this one?

This season is making season seven look like a masterpiece. At least the Brothers were still in the driver's seat for that one.

It's at the point where I want to be able to give negative ratings. This season could all be a dream and I'd defend that cop out on the grounds of wanting to pretend it never happened. They need to reset this garbage over the break and I need this season to be over.
After watching 13rw the mixtape was a real "uhhhh" moment but I got a chuckle out of it. Maybe the best moment of the episode for me and it was an accidental reference to a show I got annoyed with. At least the reference would be fitting, I guess.

A mixtape? A MIXTAPE ?!!!? I guess now we know why Dean doesn't have anything to do this season.... Thanks to Dabb and that band of assbutt, Dean is now a teenager, and stuck in a 80's sitcom. My rating : . And it applies to most of the season

I was just thinking the same thing. Even amid Gamble's obsession with Sam, Dean still had a strong POV and some great Dean episodes. Dabb doesn't bother to give us even that. I don't think Dean even registers on his radar.

Not as bad as the previous ones, although most of them are already erased from my mind in terms of titles and storywise, so I may be wrong. Overall it was a mess, again. The mentioning of Billie piqued my interest, oh yeah cosmic consequences ..... Cass should know better, after everything and even after Dean's speech in Baby last year, how much he means to them. Yet again he betrays them, even before he was hypnotized by the babyplot. Yes he feels like a failure, again, that was the failed plot last time. Remember, when he said yes to Lucifer because he felt like he failed everyhing. Not only bring back badass Dean, but please fix Cass too. This moping around, on top of everything else, is even more depressing. Then came Joshua, yes I loved him last time ....... Gladly the old one wasn't killed off, but a new meatsuit. Oh well. The most positive thing is, we are almost done with this season!! Finally.

I'd give it a 3/10
I was looking forward to seeing Cas back. I enjoyed some of his scenes, especially him killing Dagon, but some of the things the writers did with him I didn't like. I understood that he was doing this, not only for himself, but also for Dean and Sam, though the way in which they wrote it didn't make him look very good at times IMO. I would've liked to have seen more of a conversation and collaboration between Dean, Cas and Sam, a longer battle at the end, a much more active and involved Dean, and a lot less of the Luci baby mama and spawn drama.
I'm still hoping for Yockey's episode next week to be good and would like to not to be disappointed. Because after that it's the final 3 with the Nep-Duo, Berens and Dabb.
